These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Moneyzer, a personal finance, cashbook, budgeting, asset, reminder, and reporting app. By using Moneyzer, you agree to these Terms.
## 1. Use of the App
Moneyzer is provided to help you record, organize, review, export, back up, and restore your personal finance information. You are responsible for the information you enter into the app and for how you use the app.
You agree not to misuse Moneyzer, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to related services, or use the app for unlawful activity.
## 2. No Financial Advice
Moneyzer is a record-keeping and analysis tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or professional advice. Reports, charts, summaries, budgets, reminders, and calculations are provided for your convenience and may not be complete or error-free.
You should verify important financial information independently before making decisions.
## 3. Your Data
You own the financial records, notes, images, files, and other information you add to Moneyzer.
Moneyzer stores most app data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. If you delete the app, clear app data, lose your device, import another database, or restore an older backup, your data may be lost or changed.
## 4. Backups, Imports, Exports, and Sharing
Moneyzer may allow you to import or export database backups, PDF reports, spreadsheet reports, and other files. You are responsible for checking exported files before sharing them and for keeping backup files secure.
If you use Google Drive backup or restore, you authorize Moneyzer to access the Google Drive app data folder connected to your chosen Google account for backup and restore purposes. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google’s terms and policies.
## 5. Photos, Files, and Permissions
Moneyzer may request permissions such as camera, photos/media, storage/files, and internet access to support features including receipt images, file import/export, sharing, ads, and Google Drive backup. You can control permissions through your device settings, but some features may not work if permissions are denied.
## 6. Advertising and Rewards
Moneyzer may display ads, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads, through third-party ad providers such as Google Mobile Ads.
Rewarded ads may provide temporary in-app benefits, such as hiding ads for a limited time. Rewards are not cash, cannot be transferred, and may be unavailable if ads fail to load, are not supported on your platform, or are restricted by a third-party provider.
## 7. Third-Party Services
Moneyzer may interact with third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Google Drive, Google Mobile Ads, device share sheets, file pickers, print services, and apps you choose for opening or sharing files.
Moneyzer is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their data practices, or their terms.
## 8. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
– Use Moneyzer in a way that violates applicable laws.
– Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, modify, or compromise the app or related services except where allowed by law.
– Use the app to store or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
– Misrepresent your identity or misuse Google Sign-In, Google Drive, advertising, export, or sharing features.
## 9. Availability and Changes
Moneyzer may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Features may vary by platform, device, operating system version, region, permissions, and third-party service availability.
## 10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Moneyzer is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your specific financial needs.
## 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moneyzer and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, savings, business, reputation, or financial opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Moneyzer is to stop using the app.
## 12. Termination
You may stop using Moneyzer at any time. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue access to the app or any feature if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or if continued operation is no longer practical.
## 13. Privacy
Your use of Moneyzer is also subject to the Moneyzer Privacy Policy, which explains how the app handles information.
## 14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of Moneyzer after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
