Moneyzer is a personal finance, cashbook, budgeting, asset, reminder, and reporting app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and what choices you have.
This policy applies to the Moneyzer mobile app and related app features.
## Information Moneyzer Handles
Moneyzer is designed primarily to store your finance data on your own device. Depending on how you use the app, the following information may be created, stored, imported, exported, or backed up:
– Transactions, income, expenses, transfers, categories, payment methods, accounts, books, assets, budgets, dues, reminders, reports, and related settings.
– Optional transaction notes, titles, dates, amounts, and attached image paths or receipt photos.
– App preferences such as currency, theme, active book, backup status, and ad-free reward status.
– Files you choose to import, export, open, save, or share, such as database backups, PDF reports, and spreadsheet reports.
– Google account information shown by Google Sign-In, such as your name, email address, and profile photo, when you choose to connect Google Drive backup.
Moneyzer does not ask you to enter highly sensitive credentials such as bank passwords, card PINs, or online banking login details.
## How Information Is Used
Moneyzer uses your information to:
– Record and organize your personal finance entries.
– Display dashboards, history, calendar views, analytics, budget summaries, reminders, and reports.
– Attach photos or images to transactions when you choose to do so.
– Export or share reports and backups at your request.
– Back up or restore your app database through Google Drive when you choose to connect Google Drive sync.
– Show ads and rewarded ads where supported.
– Store app preferences and keep the app working as expected.
## Local Storage
Most Moneyzer data is stored locally on your device in the app database and app preferences. If you delete the app or clear app data, locally stored information may be deleted unless you have exported it or backed it up.
## Google Drive Backup and Google Sign-In
Moneyzer includes optional Google Drive backup and restore features. If you choose to connect your Google account:
– Moneyzer uses Google Sign-In to authenticate you.
– Moneyzer requests access to the Google Drive app data folder.
– Moneyzer may upload your local app database backup to your Google Drive app data folder.
– Moneyzer may download that backup to restore or merge your Moneyzer data.
– Moneyzer may display your connected Google account name, email address, and profile photo inside the app.
The Google Drive backup is controlled by your Google account and Google’s services. Moneyzer does not use Google Drive access to browse your general Drive files.

## Advertising
Moneyzer uses Google Mobile Ads to show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads on supported platforms. Google Mobile Ads may collect or use information such as device identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostic information, and advertising data according to Google’s policies and your device settings.
Rewarded ads may be used to unlock temporary ad-free access inside the app.

## Camera, Photos, and Files
Moneyzer may request access to your camera, photos, media, or files so you can:
– Attach an image or receipt photo to a transaction.
– Select a file to import.
– Save, open, export, or share reports and database backups.
Moneyzer uses these permissions only for features you choose to use. Attached images remain on your device unless included in a backup, export, share action, or another action you initiate.
## Sharing and Disclosure
Moneyzer does not sell your personal finance data.
Your information may be shared only in the following situations:
– With Google Drive when you choose to use cloud backup or restore.
– With Google Mobile Ads for advertising and rewarded ads.
– With apps or services you choose through your device share sheet, file picker, export, print, or open-file actions.
– If required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
## Data Retention and Deletion
Moneyzer keeps local app data until you delete it, reset the app, clear app storage, uninstall the app, or import/restore a different database.
You can:
– Delete individual entries in the app.
– Restore or permanently delete items from the trash where available.
– Use the app’s delete-all-data option where available.
– Disconnect your Google account in the app.
– Delete Moneyzer backups from your Google account or Google Drive app data through Google’s account tools.
– Delete exported files from the location where you saved or shared them.
## Security
Moneyzer relies on your device security, operating system protections, Google account security, and Google Drive security for stored and backed-up data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so you should protect your device, use a strong device lock, and avoid sharing exported backups or reports with untrusted parties.
## Children’s Privacy
Moneyzer is not intended for children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.
## International Transfers
If you use Google Drive, Google Sign-In, Google Mobile Ads, or sharing features, information may be processed by third-party providers in countries other than your own, according to their privacy policies and legal requirements.
## Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of Moneyzer after an update means you accept the updated policy.
